SEO services from Good At Marketing in Boynton Beach, Florida

Good At Marketing offers SEO services from Boynton Beach, Florida, for local businesses in South Florida and national brands across the United States. Plans start at a $1,000 to $1,600 monthly baseline (see our SEO pricing). We publish what it costs and how long it takes before you ever get on a call. The work covers Google rankings and the map pack, and AI answers are available as an add-on.

What SEO services include

SEO services are the ongoing work of making your website easy for search engines to read and a better answer to the questions your buyers type into Google. Our SEO work covers technical fixes, content, links, local search when needed, and reporting.

  • Technical SEO. We check crawlability and indexation, then page speed and schema markup, and fix what we find. A page Google can’t index can’t rank, no matter how good it is. Our guide to what technical SEO is explains each check.
  • Content. We write or update pages around what your buyers search for, matched to where they are in the buying decision. You approve every page before it goes live.
  • Authority. We earn white-hat links and citations on sites that are relevant to your industry. We don’t buy links and we don’t join link schemes.
  • Local. For businesses that serve a city or a county, we work on the Business Profile and reviews, plus the map pack. That work is priced separately.
  • Reporting. Each month you see the work we completed and the plan for the following month.

Search on AI platforms is a separate add-on, described in the section on SEO and AI search further down.

What SEO costs at Good At Marketing

Our baseline is $1,000 to $1,600 a month. In highly competitive markets, such as legal and med spa, SEO can run up to about $3,500 a month. The price moves with how competitive your market is and how much technical and content work a site of your size needs.

See our guide to what SEO costs for a small business.

Ad spend and website builds are not included. If you run Google Ads, the money you pay Google goes to Google, and management is a separate fee. A new website is a separate project.

How long SEO takes

SEO timelines vary. XO reached the top three for “private jet” within a few months. MBMI took 12 to 16 months for two national keywords.

We won’t promise page 1 in 30 days, and anyone who does is lying to you. Google decides how fast a page ranks. Judge a provider by the work it does and the reports it shows you.

Our guide on how long SEO takes walks through the stages in more detail.

Results for XO, a private aviation brand

XO, a private aviation brand, is the national SEO example we point to. Over two stretches of work, “private jet” went from page 2 into the top 3, lost ground to position 7 while SEO was paused during COVID, and reached position 1 after the work resumed. By early 2023 its route and city pages were the top converting category, and geo and route conversions had risen 44% across the weekly reports.

This is how the weekly conversions split in March 2023:

The slide to position 7 is the reason we tell every client that rankings decay without upkeep. Amanda Cohen of XO also posted a Google review of our work in May 2020. The XO case study has the full account.

MBMI Metal Buildings and national rankings

Donnie Strompf, founder: “MBMI was my first national number one, for ‘Steel Buildings’ and ‘Metal Buildings’, and it took 12 to 16 months.”

That is why we don’t quote 30-day results for national work. If your market looks like that one, we would rather tell you now than explain it to you in month six.

The MBMI Metal Buildings case study also records that ChatGPT and Perplexity named MBMI first on October 15, 2026 for buying a pre-engineered metal building in Florida, and our other client write-ups are collected under case studies.

Local SEO in Boynton Beach and Palm Beach County

We’re based in Boynton Beach and work with businesses across Palm Beach County and the rest of South Florida. Local rankings lean on different signals than national ones: your Business Profile, your reviews and the consistency of your listings across the web. Our SEO in Boynton Beach page covers the home market in detail. The SEO company in Boca Raton page does the same for Boca Raton.

Map pack work is sold separately as Google Business Profile management. Some businesses need it and others do not, so you can choose.

The signals behind local rankings are covered in Local SEO Index: What Ranks a Business in Google Maps in 2026.

Law is one of the competitive markets where SEO costs more, and our legal marketing page explains how we approach it.

Online stores and manufacturers use SEO in different ways, and our ecommerce marketing and B2B marketing pages explain how.

We meet clients by Google Meet or Zoom, so distance doesn’t change how the work runs. The cities we serve are listed on one page, and SEO in Florida covers the state.

Where we do this: our digital marketing agency pages cover Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach, and every city we cover is listed on our service areas page.

Where we do SEO by industry: SEO for law firms, SEO for home services, SEO for medical practices and SEO for ecommerce.

Each part of SEO also has its own page: local SEO services, technical SEO services, SEO content services and link earning services.

SEO and AI search

In its February 2026 update, Ahrefs linked AI Overviews to a 58% lower click-through rate for the top-ranking result, across 300,000 keywords comparing December 2023 with December 2025. Separately, Ahrefs reported in 2026 that AI chatbots sent about 0.28% of web traffic in March 2026.

These studies measure different things. One reports lower click-through rates associated with AI Overviews. The other measures traffic referred by AI chatbots. Our view is that a business needs a strong organic base and a presence in AI answers.

eMarketer reported on April 2, 2026 that AEO and GEO are the same approach in practice, and that 40 to 60% of the sources AI tools cite change every month. That second figure is why we don’t promise a permanent citation. A citation you earn this month can disappear next month.

Because the two terms describe the same work, we sell it as one service, AEO, at $950 to $2,000 a month alongside SEO. You can read about our AEO services on their own page. If you want to see where your business appears in AI answers today, the free AI-visibility audit shows you.

Who works on your account

Our team runs the work: SEO strategy and priorities, design and development, content and paid media each have a named owner. You know who to ask about a ranking, a page or an ad.

How we report

A monthly SEO report has to show the work done and what it produced. Our monthly reports include rankings, organic traffic, leads, calls, completed work and next month’s priorities.

FAQ

How much do SEO services cost?

Expect $1,000 to $1,600 a month for our baseline plan. Highly competitive markets, such as legal and med spa, can reach about $3,500. Google Ads spend and new website builds are billed separately. Every service price sits on our pricing page.

How long does SEO take to work?

Nobody can promise a date, and a provider who names one is guessing. For XO, “private jet” reached the top 3 within a few months. For MBMI, two national keywords, “Steel Buildings” and “Metal Buildings,” took 12 to 16 months. Market, site condition and competition set the pace, and we guarantee no ranking.

What is included in a monthly SEO program?

You get technical fixes, pages we write or update (you approve each one before it goes live), link and citation work on relevant sites, local work where it fits, and a monthly report. Business Profile management and AEO cost extra. The monthly table near the top of this page shows what you receive in each area.

Is $1,000 a month enough for SEO?

For a local business in a low-competition market, it can be. Law, med spa and ecommerce usually need more. SEO.com’s 2026 cost guide lists typical retainers of $1,500 to $5,000 a month. On a short call we’ll tell you whether your market needs more than our baseline.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Ask for the terms in writing before you pay anyone, including us. Confirm the notice period, and find out who owns the Google accounts tied to your site, such as Search Console and Analytics. The Searchlab guide to agency red flags (April 2026) names long lock-ins. You can book a 15-minute call with us to go through ours.

Can anyone guarantee a number one ranking?

Nobody can, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Google controls the rankings, and no outside company can promise a position. We commit to the work and to reporting on it clearly. XO fell to position 7 while its SEO was paused during COVID, which shows that rankings decay without upkeep.

Do I still need SEO if AI is changing search?

Ahrefs tied AI Overviews to a 58% lower click-through rate for the top result in its February 2026 update. A separate Ahrefs report put AI chatbot referrals at about 0.28% of web traffic in March 2026. Those figures measure different things, so we keep building organic rankings and add AEO for AI answers.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO aims for rankings in search results, while AEO aims to have AI tools quote your business in their answers. eMarketer reported on April 2, 2026 that AEO and GEO are the same approach in practice. We therefore sell a single AEO service for $950 to $2,000 a month, added to SEO. Details are on our AEO services page.

Who will work on my account?

Our founder, who has done SEO since 2008, sets the strategy and priorities. One person owns the design and development side of your site, and another handles the writing and the ad accounts. Our team page has their backgrounds, so you can see who you would be working with.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

We work with businesses across the United States from our base in Boynton Beach. XO and MBMI are national clients. Because meetings run over Google Meet or Zoom, your location rarely matters. Our service areas page lists the Florida cities we cover most often.

What should a monthly SEO report show?

Look for rankings and organic traffic alongside the leads and calls they produced, plus conversions. It should list the work completed and next month’s plan, and tell you whether your business shows up in AI answers. When a report ends at rankings, ask what it produced in leads, since rankings alone don’t pay anyone.

What are the warning signs when hiring an SEO company?

Searchlab’s April 23, 2026 guide lists guaranteed rankings, proprietary methods nobody will explain, no account access, vague reporting and long lock-ins as red flags. Before you sign, ask who will work on your account, who your references are, what you receive each month, who owns your accounts and what the notice period is.
