Our Google Ads management page describes the service in general. Everything else we offer in the city is on our West Palm Beach digital marketing agency page.

Who is Google Ads in West Palm Beach for?

Paid search suits a business where one new customer is worth far more than one click. Professional firms, medical practices and B2B sellers can meet that test, and each should decide what a lead is before any money is spent.

Professional firms selling a high-value engagement. An accountant, consultant or adviser may need only a few new clients in a quarter to cover a campaign. In our view, prospects in this group often search for a named service and then compare firms, so the page an ad sends them to needs the services, the people and a plain way to ask. The number to watch is consultation requests from the right kind of client, because a click total says little about whether the phone will ring.

Practices and clinics with several providers. The lead to count is a new-patient call, and a call from a current patient is not one. Each service line may need its own campaign and its own daily budget, so a busy service does not use up the limit that the others depend on. Ask how the agency will separate calls from new patients and calls from existing ones, since a call report may not show which is which.

B2B sellers and contractors covering the county. In our view, these buyers often ask for quotes, compare two or three suppliers and decide over weeks. Count a quote request that names the service, and with a sales cycle this long, tie closed deals back to their first click. Our B2B marketing page goes further for manufacturers and industrial sellers, and our Palm Beach County hub names the other cities nearby.

Start with your own numbers before you set a budget. Work out what one new client is worth after the cost of serving them, then estimate how many leads it takes to close one. The first number divided by the second is the most you can pay per lead and still break even. If you sell low-priced items to walk-in customers, that sum may say paid search is not the first purchase.

How does the sales cycle change what a West Palm Beach advertiser counts?

The fee side is $600 to $1,000 a month, with ad spend paid to Google separately (prices reviewed October 2026). The Google Ads cost guide compares the fee models agencies use. Before spend starts, settle what one lead is. The table sorts the buyers above by how long a sale takes, with what to set up for each, and the cycle lengths are our estimates and not measurements.

CycleWho it fitsWhat to set up and ask for
Short, days to weeksHealthcare practices and charter sellersCount calls and booking requests, then read results by month
Medium, weeks to a few monthsFinancial and professional firmsCount consultation requests, then count them again after they close or lapse
Long, monthsB2B sellers, aircraft supportCount quote requests, then send closed deals back to the account

Ad spend is the other number. You set it and Google charges it, outside the fee above, and the right figure depends on what a signed client is worth to you. The break-even sum earlier on this page gives you that. Click prices come from the auction, so this page quotes none.

Before you sign, ask the agency to write down which of these the fee covers: conversion tracking, search term review, bid strategy, ad writing and a report that counts leads. A quote that lists none of them cannot be compared with one that lists all five, and a higher fee does not by itself promise more leads.

What do West Palm Beach advertisers face in the auction?

Other advertisers in the auction. The Downtown Development Authority of West Palm Beach lists 6,000 firms and 30,000 jobs downtown on its business page, with no date or source shown for the figures (read October 19, 2026). In our reading, that is a sign of how many businesses could bid on the same searches, and it does not say how many do.

Google Ads Help describes the auction insights report as a comparison with other advertisers in the same auctions, and says it shows nothing while your impression share is below 10% (Google Ads Help, Use auction insights, read October 19, 2026). Ask for that report on your own keywords once the account has run for a while. It shows which advertisers you meet in the auction, and a city count cannot.

The first report. Ask for leads by source, the definition behind each count, and cost per lead taken from the account itself, with the fee and the ad spend on separate lines. Compare the lead count with what your front desk or sales team wrote down. If the account shows more leads than your team recorded, find out why before anything is changed.

Slow sales cycles. A company choosing a supplier or a patient choosing a specialist can take time. Google Ads Help says conversions can be reported up to 90 days after the click, depending on the window you choose, so recent weeks can look weak because some clickers have not converted yet (Google Ads Help, conversion lag, read October 19, 2026). The same page advises checking a date range that ended at least 30 days ago, or longer for a longer window, so read the weeks since as unfinished.

Closed deals. Google’s page on importing offline conversions says lead-generation advertisers need to know which leads become paying customers, and describes enhanced conversions for leads as a way to measure them with CRM data that is hashed before it is sent (Google Ads Help, offline conversions, read October 19, 2026). If your firm keeps a CRM, ask whether closed work will be matched back to the click that began it. Our conversion tracking guide lists the setup steps.

Answering the lead. A person searching for a supplier or a specialist can be comparing several options in one sitting, so a slow reply can cost the lead. Decide before launch who answers each call and each form request, how quickly, and what happens after hours. Good ads cannot make up for calls that reach voicemail and never get a callback.

Health practices. Google’s policy page lists health as a sensitive interest category, and marks customer match, your data segments and lookalike audiences as not supported for ads in sensitive categories, while predefined Google audiences remain available (Google Advertising Policies Help, Health in personalized advertising, read October 19, 2026). The page shows no date. Whether your ads fall under it is a question for your compliance contact. So is the setup of tracking and forms, which patient privacy rules also touch.

FAQ

What does a West Palm Beach lead-generation account cost in a month?

Add two numbers: our management fee of $600 to $1,000 and the ad spend you set, which Google charges separately. Write down the daily budget you choose and what one signed client is worth to you, then ask the agency how many leads the budget must produce to break even. Every published range is on the pricing page.

What should count as a lead for a professional firm?

Settle the definition before launch. It might be a call that lasts past a minimum time, a form that names a service, or a booked consultation. A message from a job seeker or a vendor pitch is a contact and not a lead. Write the definition down so the report and your sales team count the same things.

Can I judge Google Ads on leads when sales take weeks?

Look at two views: leads by month, and the same leads again after they close or fall away. A deal that signs in week six belongs to the click that started it. Without the second view, an account that brings slow buyers can look worse than one that brings quick, small ones.

How do I cut junk form leads from B2B ads?

Start with the form. Ask for details that separate a buyer from a vendor, such as the service wanted and a company name, and read a sample of recent submissions with your agency each month. Then mark each lead qualified or not in your CRM so the account can learn from the result.

What if the account records only a few leads a month?

Ask which bid strategy is running and what it does with so little data. A clear answer names the strategy, the lead count at which it would change and what is being counted as a lead. A small account may do better with fewer campaigns, so ask whether yours should merge some.

Do patient privacy rules change how a practice tracks ads?

Privacy rules for patients reach tracking tags and web forms, so put the question to your compliance contact before either goes live. Google’s policy also lists health as a sensitive interest category, where customer match and lookalike audiences are not supported. Ask your agency to show which audiences your ads use.
