We manage Google Ads for Delray Beach businesses from Boynton Beach, the next city north. Our fee is $600 to $1,000 a month, and the ad budget you choose is paid to Google on top of it, as the pricing page lists. This page is for businesses that depend on walk-in customers, appointments or one busy season.

What does Google Ads cost a Delray Beach business, and when does the budget change?
Two bills make up the total: our fee and the ad spend that goes to Google. Prices reviewed October 2026 on the pricing page. A business that sets $1,500 of monthly spend would pay $2,100 to $2,500 in total, and one that raises it to $3,000 for a busy stretch would pay $3,600 to $4,000.
These sums are arithmetic examples. They are no recommendation or quote.
The fee stays the same while the spend moves with the calendar, so the useful question is when to change the setup. The table below is a planning calendar built on the two dated sources used further down this page. It shows our view of what to review and when, and it makes no forecast of demand.
| When | What the dated sources show | What we would review in the setup (our view) |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks before February 12, 2027 | The 2027 Delray Beach Open dates were published in August 2026 | Draft the ads and the page behind them, and add a promotion asset with start and end dates |
| February 12 to 21, 2027 | The tournament runs at Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center | Watch spend and the dated offer during the event, and settle who may raise the budget the same day |
| The week after an event | Nothing new is published | End or replace ads and assets that still show the old dates |
| The row labeled March (April) | The largest 2026 lodging-tax row in the county’s table | Decide ahead of time whether the budget rises, and confirm calls and bookings can be answered at that volume |
| The row labeled September (October) | The smallest 2026 row, nearly four times lower | Check tracking, landing pages and Business Profile data while volume is low, and ask whether each campaign still earns its budget |
At a small monthly spend the fee can cost more than the ads, so ask what it covers and whether a simpler campaign type fits first. The Google Ads cost guide explains that pattern along with the other ways agencies charge.
We publish no cost per click, because Google sets that in an auction and a figure from another account would mislead you. The clicks a given spend buys therefore depend on your keywords, and the table describes what to review without promising clicks, calls or visits. The guide on how much to spend on Google Ads shows how to work out a spend from your break-even cost per lead.
Who is Google Ads for in Delray Beach?
A dining or nightlife venue with a dated event. A restaurant, bar or hotel lounge that promotes a month-long event or a holiday menu has a start date and an end date, and paid ads can follow both. If your restaurant already fills its tables, Google Ads may not be worth the cost. That owner may get more from fixing the listing first, which our hospitality marketing page covers for restaurants and hotels.
A shop or gallery that sells to people already in town. A boutique, gallery or home-goods store near Atlantic Avenue draws people who are nearby and may search from a phone. Ads earn their cost when a sale, a new collection or an artist event gives someone a reason to come in this week, and when the page behind the ad says what is in stock and how to find the door.
A booking-driven studio, clinic or service company. A fitness studio, a clinic or an air conditioning company often serves residents who live west of downtown and call or send a form before they visit. For this owner the useful numbers are calls and booking requests, and the ads should be judged on those. Our Google Ads management page compares Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Business Profile and SEO side by side.
Wait on ads if nobody can answer the phone during the hours the ads run, if the booking page records nothing when someone submits it, or if the spend you can afford would not collect enough results to learn from. The digital marketing agency page for Delray Beach lists every service we offer in the city, and SEO services in Delray Beach covers the organic side that keeps working when an ad budget stops.
How do Delray Beach searches, seasons and events change an ad plan?
A search on October 19, 2026 for “restaurants in delray beach” returned a local results block in which one listing carried a Sponsored label. A search the same day for “clothing boutique delray beach” opened with a Sponsored Products row of items for sale. Both came from one browser, and what a searcher sees varies with their location and the time of day, so read them as a snapshot of two searches.
That second result has a requirement behind it. Google Ads Help says Shopping ads need linked Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts and product data sent at least every 30 days (read October 19, 2026). A boutique that does not keep product data current cannot run them, which leaves text ads and the location and promotion assets described in the FAQ.
Run the same searches yourself before you spend. Use a phone, stand where your customers stand, and type the words they would type for your category. Note whether the top of the page shows text ads, a product row or a sponsored listing in the map results, because each format needs different set-up work. A screenshot dated that day gives you and any agency the same starting point.
How Google ranks ads in an auction is covered on our Google Ads management page.
Lodging tax collections in Palm Beach County vary sharply by month. The Tourist Development Council’s bed tax page (read October 19, 2026) lists gross collections by month. In its 2026 column the row labeled March (April) is the largest at $15,024,557, and the row labeled September (October) is the smallest at $3,928,973, so the busiest month collected nearly four times the quietest. That is a county tax on lodging, so it is a rough guide to visitor timing and says little about Delray Beach sales.
Dated events sharpen the calendar. The tournament’s own news item of August 19, 2026 gives the dates of the 2027 Delray Beach Open as February 12 to 21 at Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center. It describes the tournament as “staged in front of over 50,000 fans.” The dates are known months ahead, so a restaurant or shop near the venue can plan its ads and budget around them.
A budget held flat all year spends at the same ceiling in the quietest month and the busiest one, while a budget that follows the calendar needs someone to change it before each peak. Ask who moves the numbers and when.
In our view, an ad that states a date, an hour or a price has to be checked against the organizer’s or the owner’s own page before each flight, because those details change after an ad is written. Ask whoever writes your ads who checks that line and how often.
Before the first campaign, settle four things in writing: which result counts, who changes the budget ahead of a peak, who updates the ads when an event’s dates change, and who checks any line that states a date or price.
Where do paid ads fit next to AI answers?
When someone asks ChatGPT who to call, the business it names is the one that gets searched next. We do AI visibility alongside SEO, never instead of it.
Our 120-answer study of local recommendations in Palm Beach County records which sources each AI engine cited for businesses in five cities that include Delray Beach. The study left out sponsored blocks, so it says nothing about what ads do. Paid search and AI answers are separate channels, so budget for each on its own evidence. The county’s other cities are listed on our Palm Beach County page.
FAQ
What does a Delray Beach shop or restaurant pay Google and us for a month?
Two amounts go to two companies: our management fee of $600 to $1,000 a month and the ad spend you set, which Google charges. A business that sets $2,000 of spend would pay $2,600 to $3,000 in total. The pricing page lists every other service, and prices were reviewed in October 2026.
Can a small shop use a Smart campaign instead of a managed account?
Google Ads Help describes Smart campaigns as a simpler campaign type. You supply business details, an ad, keyword themes, a location and a budget, and Google maintains the search terms with minimal ongoing management. The page describes the other controls only at a high level. Whether that is enough depends on your goal, so ask what you could not change.
How should a short event or the winter season change the setup?
Google Ads Help describes seasonality adjustments as a way to tell Smart Bidding to expect a conversion-rate change. They suit events of 1 to 7 days, may work less well beyond 14 days, and apply to Search campaigns using Target ROAS or Target CPA. Google says Smart Bidding already handles ordinary seasons, so ask which strategy your account uses.
Can an ad show where we are and let people get directions?
Location assets can. Google Ads Help says they can show your address with a map or distance and add a call button. They also link to a details page with hours and directions. The data comes from your Business Profile, so corrections are made there, and locations marked closed do not show.
Can an ad promote a dated offer such as a holiday menu or sale?
A promotion asset can. Google Ads Help says you can set start and end dates, and the asset appears below the ad with a bold occasion label and up to two lines of text. It is free to add and charged only for clicks, and an occasion-specific asset must be created within six months of its start date.
Will Google tell me how many clicks became visits to my shop?
Only for eligible accounts. Google Ads Help says store visit reporting needs enough ad clicks or impressions and enough foot traffic to pass privacy thresholds, with no published minimum, plus active location assets and verified Business Profile locations. Visits are modelled from signed-in people with location history on, so ask what else the report records.
