Private aviation marketing: SEO and lead generation for charter and jet card brands

Good At Marketing provides private aviation marketing for charter and jet card brands: national SEO with route and city pages, Google Ads, AI visibility and content. Our national private aviation bundle runs up to $20,000 a month, and every individual service has its own published price on our pricing page.

Donnie Strompf, our founder, has done SEO since 2008, and we work from Boynton Beach, Florida, with businesses across the United States. The private aviation brand we name on this page is XO, and the numbers below come from our weekly reports for it.

What is different about private aviation buyers

Private aviation buyers search for specific routes and destinations, and that changes the program.

What differsWhat it means for the work
Buyers search by route and cityPeople search for a route or for a city, and each kind of search needs its own page.
Each lead is high valueA booking is a large purchase. We count inquiries and conversions and judge every page by the leads it produces.
Competition is nationalYour rivals are not in your metro area, so ranking for a national term takes months and then takes upkeep.

XO shows the upkeep part. After its first climb, a COVID pause let the same page slide to position 7.

What we do for a private aviation brand

We sell four services to private aviation brands. Each links to its service page, and the prices match our pricing page.

A national private aviation brand running SEO and AI visibility together with paid search, plus email and social, can reach up to $20,000 a month, depending on workload and competitiveness. That bundle is the only industry range we publish. A brand can also start with one service at its own price and add the others later.

For what these services cost, see our guides to what SEO costs for a small business and what Google Ads management costs.

How route and city pages work

A route page targets a search that names two places, and a city page targets a search that names one. Each page covers that search and includes a way to contact the brand. We connect the pages with internal links.

We report geo and route conversions apart from broad and branded searches, so you can see what the route pages earn. A branded search comes from someone who already knows you, so it says little about whether your SEO is working.

Results for XO, a private aviation brand

Two stretches of national SEO for XO (flyxo.com) sit behind this page. In the first, “private jet” moved from page 2 to the top 3 within a few months. A COVID pause then cost the term ground, down to position 7. In the second, with weekly reports running from July 2021 to March 2023, it reached position 1, route and city pages became XO’s best converting category, and geo and route conversions rose 44%.

XO is one of several client write-ups we keep under case studies.

Google Ads for charter and jet card brands

SEO takes months, and Google Ads can send traffic to a route page sooner. We recommend Google Ads when a brand can answer inquiries quickly and has a margin that supports paying for clicks. When it cannot, extra leads are wasted spend, and we say so before you spend anything.

Ad spend goes to Google and our management fee is separate.

AI visibility for charter brands

A buyer can ask an AI tool for a charter company or a jet card, and the answer names a few brands. Each month we measure AI visibility two ways. One is referral traffic in GA4. The other is live buyer-style prompts in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, with every answer and URL saved.

Those answers change from month to month, so we compare each month with the last. We promise no mention. The free AI-visibility audit shows where your brand appears today.

Who this is not for

If you want a guaranteed ranking or a date for page 1, we are the wrong agency, because no outside company controls Google. If your sales team cannot return an inquiry quickly, fix that first.

The other business types we work with are on the industries we serve page.

Who works on your account

Our founder leads SEO strategy and sets the priorities. Roni Strompf writes content and runs paid media. Websites are designed and built in-house. You know who to ask about a ranking, a page or an ad, and the team page has their backgrounds.

FAQ

How much does private aviation marketing cost?

The national private aviation bundle can reach up to $20,000 a month. Single services cost less: SEO from $1,000 to $1,600, Google Ads management from $600 to $1,000 plus ad spend, and AEO from $950 to $2,000 alongside SEO. We scope your mix on a call, and every price sits on the pricing page.

Do you build route and city pages for charter brands?

We do, and XO is the evidence. Its geo and route conversions rose 44% across the weekly reports, and by March 2023 they led both branded and broad searches. Each page links to the pages around it, and we report its conversions on their own.

How long does it take to rank for “private jet”?

No one can set the date. For XO, “private jet” moved from page 2 to the top 3 within a few months, and position 1 came in the second engagement. Your site and your competitors set your own pace. We guarantee no ranking, and we report on the conversions the work produces.

Can you help a charter or jet card brand outside Florida?

We work nationally from Boynton Beach, and XO is a national private aviation client. Meetings run over Google Meet or Zoom, so your location rarely matters. Private aviation search is national anyway, because your buyers fly from many cities and so do your competitors.

Does AI search matter for private aviation?

It can, because a buyer may ask an AI tool for a charter company before visiting any website. We track it with GA4 referral traffic and saved prompt answers, and the work is sold as AEO. It supports SEO and does not replace it, and the AEO services page covers the details.
