Google Ads management in Boca Raton, FL

Boca Raton businesses get Google Ads management from Good At Marketing’s team in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County. Our management fee runs $600 to $1,000 a month, and Google bills the ad spend separately; see the pricing page. Below we explain how the auction works and what different budgets add up to each month.

What does a Boca Raton search for a financial advisor show?

Which ads show on a search depends on Ad Rank, which our Google Ads management page covers under how Google decides which ads show. Google’s Ad Rank page lists the context of the search, including location, device and time, as one input (read October 19, 2026), so your results can differ from ours.

On October 19, 2026 we searched Google for “financial advisor boca raton.” The results page showed two sponsored results among organic listings that included firm websites, a brokerage’s advisor locator, a ranked-list article and a review directory. A People also ask box carried questions about advisor fees and red flags. That is one search on one day.

A bigger budget alone does not decide who shows, and nobody can promise you a position, including us. Before you fund anything, run the search your buyer would run and write down three things. Note which advertisers appear and what each ad promises, check where each ad sends the click, and read the questions in the People also ask box. Those questions can show what your ad or landing page needs to explain before a buyer will call.

What does Boca Raton business news say about competition?

Local announcements show who is arriving in Boca Raton, and they say nothing about who is bidding on Google. The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County reported on March 4, 2026 that a Michigan-based broker-dealer and registered investment adviser is moving its corporate headquarters to Boca Raton, with 30 new jobs at an average annual wage of $89,095 and a $90,000 incentive from the City of Boca Raton (BDB, March 4, 2026).

The announcement does not mention advertising, so what follows is our reading. A relocating financial firm may bid on searches such as retirement planning, and its employees may need local vendors. Judge the competition for your own service by running your own search, as above, because one headline tells you little about the auction you face.

What do different daily budgets add up to each month?

Google Ads Help says a campaign can spend up to two times your average daily budget on a given day, and that you are never charged more than 30.4 times the average daily budget in a month (Choose your bid and budget, read October 19, 2026). The table turns four example budgets into that monthly ceiling and adds our published fee. The budgets are illustrations and not recommendations, and actual spend can be lower.

Average daily budgetMonthly spend ceilingPlus our feeFee share of totalScope worth asking for
$30$912$1,512 to $1,91240% to 52%One service, one campaign
$50$1,520$2,120 to $2,52028% to 40%One or two services
$100$3,040$3,640 to $4,04016% to 25%Campaigns split by service
$200$6,080$6,680 to $7,0809% to 14%Several campaigns, room to test

Each total adds the $600 to $1,000 monthly fee from the pricing page (prices reviewed October 2026) to Google’s spend ceiling. The fee share is plain division, and the last column is our view of a sensible scope. Read the first row as a caution: at $30 a day the fee can exceed the click budget, so a business at that level should ask whether the Business Profile or SEO is the better first purchase.

Start the budget from what a new client is worth. As an illustration with made-up figures, suppose a new client brings $5,000 in first-year fees and one in four qualified leads signs. A qualified lead is then worth up to $1,250 before the first year breaks even, and ads that cost more per lead than that lose money. Replace both numbers with your own before you read the table, and pick the tier whose spend you could keep up while you wait for enough leads to judge it.

No row promises leads. No cost per click appears here: the auction sets it for each search, and borrowing a figure from another account would give you a false target. The Google Ads cost guide explains fee models, and the Google Ads management page lists what the work covers.

Who is Google Ads management for in Boca Raton?

Financial advisory firms, specialty practices and business-service companies may benefit from Google Ads when they can measure qualified leads. The value of a new client, the quality of the leads and the cost per lead decide whether ads pay, so count qualified leads and not clicks. Google Ads Help says you choose what counts as valuable, such as a purchase, sign-up or phone call (About conversion measurement, read October 19, 2026). Our guide to conversion tracking for service businesses shows how to count them.

  • A wealth or financial advisory firm. National names may bid on broad phrases, so a local firm can write for a narrower question, such as retirement income for business owners, and send each ad to a page on that topic. A broad phrase such as the one we searched may draw more firms into the auction than a narrow one. Financial advertising can be regulated, so ask your firm’s compliance officer before an ad goes live.
  • A specialty practice. Where the first contact is usually a phone call, the answer rate matters as much as the cost of a click. Ads that send calls to a phone nobody picks up waste the budget, so agree who answers, and what happens to a call that arrives after hours, before you fund them.
  • A company that sells to corporate offices. An IT, staffing or office-services firm sells to people comparing vendors for an employer, so choose searches a buyer types when comparing, and expect fewer, larger inquiries that need a follow-up from someone who can answer questions about contracts and scope. Our professional services marketing page covers firms like this.

Hold the plan if a click cannot be traced to a lead, or if inquiries would sit unanswered. Fix those first, or pick another channel.

Whoever you hire, ask three questions on the first call. Who owns the ad account, and will your name be on it? How does the agency define a lead, and does that match the calls your team counts? What will the monthly report show next to spend?

Written answers to those three make quotes easier to compare.

FAQ

What does a $100 daily budget cost in total each month?

At a $100 average daily budget, Google can charge up to $3,040 in a month. Our management fee of $600 to $1,000 is separate, so the monthly total can reach $3,640 to $4,040. Spend can come in lower, and no budget promises a number of calls. The pricing page lists the fee.

How does Google decide that a phone call counts?

Google’s phone call conversion page says you set a minimum call length, and a call has to reach it to count. Calls from ads and calls to a number on your website are tracked through Google forwarding numbers. Ask what length your account uses and whether it suits calls that take time to qualify.

Can Google spend more than my daily budget?

On some days, yes. Google Ads Help says a campaign can spend up to two times its average daily budget on one day, while the month stays capped at 30.4 times the average. A $50 setting could reach $100 on a busy day and $1,520 across the month.

Can we show ads on phones but not on computers?

Yes. Google Ads Help says device bid adjustments run from -100% to +900% for each device type, and -100% opts out of a device. Smart Bidding sets bids automatically, and Google lists only -100% for several of its strategies. Ask which strategy your account uses before planning device changes.

Does remarketing work for a small Boca Raton firm?

Remarketing aims later ads at people who have already been to your site. Google Ads Help says a data segment needs at least 100 active users in the last 30 days before its ads serve on Search, Display or YouTube. A small site may not reach that, so check your visitor numbers before paying for it.

How many ad versions should we write?

A responsive search ad accepts up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions, and Google tests combinations over time. Google says pinning an asset to one position limits matching and is not recommended for most advertisers. Pin only text that must always appear, such as your firm name, and make the other headlines differ in meaning.
